Job Requirements:

• Receives material and delivers to the appropriate person.
• Project Maintenance Tracking
• Order Entry & Purchasing
• VMI Webb and Grainger tracking
• Inventory control
• Tool Crib – Maintenance, inventory, ordering
• Mastercontrol Documentation Rep – Maintenance & Production
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets for the Oil Analysis, Lubrication Survey and PM records
• Completes purchase orders, closes reg. cards, and files.
• Maintains attendance records for all employees in the department.
• Calculates overtime hours for all department employees. Labor System.
• Sorts and distributes mail for the department.
• Distributes paychecks and timecards to department employees.
• Work closely with Plant HR on job postings and maintaining the bulletin boards.
• Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Skills:

• Able to read and comprehend English.
• Possess good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Possess good math skills.
